When using Phone Switch for the first time; You need to use it from the new
phone first to pull data from the old phone. After that, you can use it from
either phone. But the key is hear! You must use it from the new phone first.

This basically allows you to transfer certain things to a differnt phone
usually using blue tooth. Sometimes, depending on the phone it may be
easier to do it from the other phone.
