It has nothing to do with Talks, go in to Profile and make the adjustment
there.

Subject: [Talks] Talks caller ID undetected
Hello. Recently, I have noticed that talks doesn't speak the caller ID. I
attempted to reset this feature. I turned it off, and then, I switched it
back on. I even reinstalled Talks to solve this buggg. but unfortunately,
nothing has been resolved. What am I missing here?
Any suggestion or recommend, that tremendously would be appreciated.
