Those are windows based phones and there isn't any screen reder for them.
This has been stated within the last week. So no you will not be able to use
a Windows
Lumia based phone. Again NO SCREEN READER for them.

Hi does anyone have any use of one of these phones?s I am trying to

they have a built in voice but cannot find how to access it, neither the
