You may need to update the program. Keep in mind! The N86 has three drives and not two drives. The program you may be using probably only shows C: and E: and not F:. That is why I said you probably need to update the software.

My n86 does not show files and folders on the memory card using the power mp3 app. When I select play folder, I see only phone memory and one called no name. The no name is not my memory card. Using power mp3 on my e66 does show my memory card.
