If you are receiving the Tweet on your E6 (do not know what E6L is which you
mention), then provided you are in cursor origional mode you should be able
to land on the link and open it.

IF you open the options when the message is open there should be an option
to "go to Web address" or something similar to that. When the message is
open just press soft key 1 and arrow down the list of options.

Using My E6l, When I receive a tweet with a website link below, can I
click on this via the phone or do I need to be on Twitter on the PC.
For example, I have recently received a Tweet with a link to a picture,
