Hi Eleanor Yes I have spoken with o2 but as I am using one of their sim cards and piggy backing via orange France and as my french isn't good enough to discuss something like this in French, I'd need help as it means my ringing a french helpline and there isn't an english speaking equivalent, my french isn't that good yet.

The phone I had the sim card in before worked ok but it wasn't a talks compatible phone, I bet that if I was in the uk, it would work ok. Ok I just have a phone that won't send texts but it works ok as an actual phone but I actually got it for doing texts. Ironic.
