The *#7780# is a soft reset... this will reset the factory settings but will
not remove any personal data or installed software. this means that anything
that you have added to the calender or contacts, etc. will remain. If you
want to clear all of that personal info as well as software, such as Talks,
then you would want to do a *#7370#
