I would suggest that you take a look at the release notes file for Talks. There have been software changes but they may not mean anything to you if you don't use that much. So major? Will depend on what you are looking for. Some people may think of the call waiting being read as major in the 5.31.4 release. At least, i know that is a function i've been waiting for for years!
