Yes I used paypal and the button clicked but I didn't
realise it, a simple error. Unfortunately I am limited as to
what I can do on my phone using the internet, not sure why.

Yes I know I have dealt with them myself, I accidentally
pressed the by now button when purchasing quick office
several times because I didn't think anything was happening
and they refunded me the extra copies.

They were more than hellpful Adrien howevber, it was me who
messed up the phone and not Quick Office so when I re-set
the phone to factory settings I no longer had the problem.
