Subscriptions are open, with a qualification. Because of past issues
involving a couple of problem users, if I see a sub that looks in any
way suspect I place it on moderated status until I can verify it. This
is a nuisance, but a necessary step.

Yes there is still traffic on this list. However it is a light week.
There was a message within the last day. You may want to check your
spam setting or web settings; If you didn't get that message.
Normally there are two or three updates a year for Talks. So if this
is one of those two year times! it may be a little while before
another update is released. I'm not saying this will be happening
within a month or so. It may be between October and the end of
December. As far as that goes it could be 2013 too. But I pray not.
I always rezerve the right to be wrong. This is my own thoughts and is
not meant to be any thing based in fact. It is just what I think.

Has Talks dispanded:? I have not had any mails recently from this
list and I have noted many of our members now on other lists
discussing Android etc. Sad times ahead then for Talks. We have't
had a Talks update since 29 February either. What a pity if we have
to move away but then that is competition.
