Why not ask Nokia Customer Care. I always find them very helpful and
prepared to answer technical questions over the phone.

I have no idea which code you would use! Like you, I would have to
research it on the internet and being I don't have a E5, to test with; I
wouldn't be able to verify any information found on the internet. So like
I said, you will have to research this in Google or what ever search you
use for the internet.

That isn't a easy one to answer being the qwerty phones differ on if
they have a touch screen or not. It also depend on what hardware keys
they have.
Example: if you have a 5800 Express music. you would press and hold the
Call
key, end-call and camera along with the power button. Other phones may
use
the Shift, Space, clear along with power. Others may use Star, 3, call
along
with power. There are other combonations as well depending on model.
You
can look at the phone manual to see if it tells you and or do a search
on
the web for Nokia hard reset.
Remember do not do the above lightly being it will wipe all data on the
phone internal drive C:. Only should be used if you can't get the phone
to
start up so you can used it and do a *#7780# or an *#7370#.

It is the same on all Nokia phones. It hasn't changed from back when
Symbian first came out. *#7370# Warning! This will wype all data and
software on drive C:. So if Talks is there! You will not have it when
the phone comes back up. Also note! You will have to reset the date
and time after this.
