Both Eloquence and Talks cannot be installed. I am not clear here what you are saying. Is the error Talks or Eloquence? Is Nokia TTS OK? You say old N80 but then you talk of taking phone back to a shop. Is it a branded phone like Vodafone? I tried installing Talks on to a Vodafone C5 and tried 2 absolutely bran new phones. When it would not work I had to let Vodafone install the Standard Talks for me and then I was able to upgrade to the Premium without any problem.
