Hi everyone. Recently someone posted a link where you can download Ovi Maps for
free. I used it to download something called Nokia_maps_3.1_2602_3.1_u.sis and
even managed to enstall it onto my phone. However, when I opened the Maps
application, it would try to load for a while, sometimes even managing to start
for a couple seconds, and then make a beep and either jump back to the
applications menu or say "Unable to perform operation. No suitable application
installed". Why is this happening and what should I do? I've tried everything
suggested. I also looked up what seems to be a newer version of Ovi Maps then
what was posted and whenever I try to download it, it loads for a while and
then says either that there isn't enough memory even when the web is the only
application open or it says that there are too many popups open. How do you
close them? Any advice is really appreciated. I want to try using this with my
guide dog. Have any of you done it?
