Hi Kit,
Are you using quick office to open the excel file?
If so, probably you'll need to be very careful when reading cells. In my
experience I need to arrow up and down to read cells in the second, third,
fourth columns, etc. When the column B, for example, has a number with only
1 character, that's okay. But when the cell has larger data, talks often
reads only the first character. You can get the information arrowing up and
down, or down and up.
I also had the same problem with formulas. If you discover something, let me
know, please. But if you just need to read the file in your cell phone, I
mean, you don't need to change numbers in the file, you can transform
formulas into numbers when you're in microsoft excel, before copying the
file to the cell phone. If you don't know how to do it, I can try to explain
you.
Regards, Paulo

Subject: [Talks] Excel in E6.
Hi All,
Can anyone help out pls. I tried to read through an excel file. I could
read
it ok but whenever there is a cell with formula, instead of reading the
result of the formula, Talks will only read the formula itself. Have tried
checking through but cannot seems to find solution.
I am using E6 Symbian Anna. Any info is greatly appreciated.
KITT. is reading the formula itself.
