Eleanor, On the con trey, I, like other dealers had no idea in advance that the release was going to be today, I was genuinely guessing end of March / April.
Besides, you did not hit a nerve, well not one that I saw, bar Dave's remarks. I had sent my phone to Vodafone who had kindly without asking me, put Talks Standard on the phone. I then could not put on my Premium version as the licence number had changed and had to purchase upgrade of that existing one. Interesting how I had asked about new release of Talks yesterday and hit a very sensitive nerve. Now I know why with Neil's announcement today. -----Original message----- From: Stephen Giggar Sent: 29/02/2012, 10:42 am To: Talks Mailing List Subject: Re: [Talks] Question for Neil Barnfather Hmmm The last time I tried a restore license to see what would happen on a phone that had it's license transfered it came back as not found. But that last time I did a test like that has been a few years ago and it worked then as far as it didn't let me restore the license being it had been transfered to another phone.
