I think that skype is not work with your phone I also have same problim
with my nokia 5630

I have just installed Skype on my Nokia E5 phone. When I go to test the
ringing tone and my recorded voice, it begins to bring and then stops. I
then get a message that the call failed. Repeating this just gives me the
same message. Any ideas please?
