Hello all, I had to do a hard reset of my phone and am now attempting to get things reconfigured. I reinstalled Talks without a problem, but am now running into issues as I try to put Eloquence back. The imbeded Nokia voice is reading the prompts, and I have verified that it's doing so accurately through sighted help. I click on the Eloquence file, click Yes to install on the PC, then start the process on the phone interface. I click ok to proceed with the install on my phone, wait a couple of seconds, then hear a message that I have a certificate error and need to contact the supplier. I've never seen this one before when reinstalling software and am not sure how to go about fixing it.
