It's a program you can put on your phone. Some come with it already
installed. The e6 comes with it. It turns your phone into a WiFi
hotspot and you can connect your PC to your phone and joikuspot
connects the computer to the internet using your phone as a modem.
you wouldn't want to do this unless you have unlimited data from your
carrier or you'd only download something then go off line. It drains
the battery pretty fast unless you are where you can plug your phone
in. But it does give you connectivity whereever you go as long as you
get a signal.
