Hi denise I read on the Talks list your comments to Andy. He is another one of my stray people *smile* that I started helping with Talks on his phone and firmware updates. I decided to channel him through to the Talks list so you have me to blame for his questions. I like the tactful way you dealt with him. We have another Information Technology list here in UK for all IT and once Andy gets going he keeps coming back with more and more questions. In fairness to him, he had never heard of the Talks list before. I have spent time with him on the phone on a few ocasions getting him sorted with wi-fi etc.
