This line usually ends with the name of the file, though. Won't that prevent the file name from being read if you do that?

You can use the Talks object viewer to stop the extra things that Talks speaks on the YBrowser program. I gave instructions on this some time ago on what to change with the Object viewer.

In short, get to a spot where Talks to speaking a lot, go into the object viewer and find the line that had the path of the information that is being spoken and change the role to ignore and this will then stop this from happening.

Well I wish I could answer that one myself. It about drove me nuts finding the sounds I like and getting them off my n95. I don't know how to stop the Babbling as you so aptly put it. The only thing I can say is that it doesn't seem to do that on later models of phones. At least quite as bad. So I try to go into my n95 as little as possible. (smile) I did find a different version of y-borwser I think when I put it on my e6. I'll send it to you in case it's different than the blindsea version.

Hey Denise that is fantastic, I have never actually used Y-Browser before and now I am having my first lesson from you. I have a problem *smile* though I have found the sound I like, Talks is just babbling away to itself and says so much rubbish too, I can I get Talks just to speak normally *smile*. Now another question what version of y-browser can I put on E6 please?

I have downloaded it and installed. When you get that message that the app is untrusted... that just means the app hasn't been signed. Most apps come like that. It asks if you want to install it anyway. Just say yes. It'll tell you it isn't compatable with the phone do you want to continue. Just say continue. In most cases, I won't say all because I suppose an application could actually harm the phone, but I haven't found that to be true. I install apps all of the time that say they aren't compatable. What usually happens if it isn't going to work is that the app will install but when you click on it in your list of applications, it won't open. it just sits there. Then you know it isn't going to work. Just go to installed apps and uninstall it. I find many apps though that work fine on my e6 even though they aren't compatable with the phone. I have the timeBar app which is an old app the runs fine. The mobile weather app runs great. I even got BRead to install and works fine. None of htese are technically compatable with the Anna OS, but they still work. I installed the text tone app and did set up a couple of tones for text messages, but haven't gotten any from those people so I don't know if it works, but it does install and since in opened and let me set it up, I assume it's going to work.

I tried this link Dennis but had difficulty finding the program so I got my niece who is sighted to look for it. She could not find it either for E6 phone so she Googled it and we came back to the Killermobile sight. She downloaded a program on to my phone but when I went to install it now, it gave me the message that it would not install an untrusted unsigned device. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Wonder if Denise has managed to download successfully as I know Denise has E6 also.

Hi Denise
I saw your e-mail but I am replying from a different computer. Have you tried Magic Message Manager. I have it but never worked out how to use it. It is on blindsea website. You can download a trial version so why not give it a go and if you work it out *smile*, then you can give me a tutorial on how to use it!!!
