Hi Michelle.
I suggess, that you have been so unlucky to receive an animated sms from
someone, which has installed a extra tool called "Animated sms" on your
phone, and then it is'nt possible to read the messages with Talks.
Try to find this program in the area, where program's can be removed, and
see if it helps.

As mentioned in a previous message, yes I have done this multiple
times. I also tried removing the battery for several minutes...no
luck.
The problem persists today, and in fact encompasses all folders under
the messaging menu. Any advice would be much appreciated.
