Hi Denise, I'm not sure I totally understand you but, when the phone says Browser and I slide my finger around the screen there is no basic site such as Google. I can't find the Settings part to check this but I thought I originally set either Google or Bookmarks as my default. Also, when I go to check the latest Firmware, it tells me that I can't update but this isn't the latest.
Will try via PC somehow using Ovi Suite if that's possible.
