I suggest that you check your IMEI number on the phone that you got back to see if it is the same one you sent in for repair. If they sent you a new phone back, this is why the old trial code you have will not work. It has nothing to do with them removing Talks formatting the phone or anything like that. Sounds like a different IMEI number.
