Hi Eleanor, Thanks so much for this. I have gone to where you have suggested and that's fine. There are no updates, I have the latest one. So, I have updated the Software version, I have the latest Firmware update and have re-started the phone. Still, when I go into the Browser all the phone will say is "Browser" and I can't get out of the menu item by pressing key 2, I have to get out in a different way.
So, I don't know where to go from here I'm afraid.
