Well Denise I am using my e-mail on E6 since I got it in September but it is 
interesting that the firmware upgrade gives you that little more than me in 
that you can read the various folders and who the e-mail is from and the 
Subject at the Inbox. Well I had a look at the firmware update on mine and it 
is 26 May 2011. What date was your latest firmware update?

My E6 is also unlocked and unbranded running the 
022... and the email works fine- meaning no links 
and attachments, but I can read, compose and send 
messages and access the mail boxes and create new email messages.
