Yes this has been noted with the latest Eloquence 6.1.125. I was talked
about for a few weeks when the 5.21.3 version of Talks came out.

Is there others on this list that experience a crackling noise in the
elliquence speech especially when scrolling thru the menu and when it hits
tools/settings?
It seems to still do this even with the latest talks
