I find the volume very low when on a call and practically impossible when outside coping with the external noise. I do not have a hearing problem. Have tried to increase the volume by pressing arrow up while on a call and have even tried pressing vol up but to no avail. I now rely on the external speaker but not totally satisfactory. Any ideas please?
