What I would like for example is if a certain number tries to call it
would get diverted to somewhere else. So kind of like call diverting but
for a single number and not for voice calls in general. Oh right I will
try Magic Message Manager. Thanks for the suggestion.

Try to go into the Tool's menu, Setting's, Phone, Call's, and select
"reject call's with message".
I am not sure if my description is total correct, because i have
translated the point's from my phone, that works with Danish firmware.

Does anyone know how I can block an incoming call on my Nokia N86 with
Talks 5.21.3? There is a particular person who keeps ringing me and I
want this to stop without involving changing of numbers etc.
Any help would be greatfully received. Thanks.
