Hi All. Forgive me for wading in here but I think we're slightly moving off the actual topic.
To be honest, Although there are some great dealers around such as Computer Room Services and Talknav, I think the site should remain open to using whomever the person prefers and not advertise one p particular dealer however good they are. As for the RNIB, well, look, they can be quite slow on various occasions but, they do have their uses. No, I don't work for them neither am I a huge fan but let's not totally write them off. I think Eleanor, you need to phone them and speak to Alison the Custpomer Services Manager to state your disappointment. Then maybe contact a different dealer regarding transfer of license.
