Jen, It's very easy: Go to the menu screen, scroll down five or six times, then select media. Under the media menu, the third option is camera. Select camera, focus your phone, click the select button or the one in the centre of your circle. As for uploading the pics, I generally do that from the computer. I simply transfer the photo to my pc via bluetooth and take it from there. You'd have to investigate facebook apps, or even the mobile site, to see if it can be done directly from the phone.
