I currently have at&t unlimmited data plan from when they were offering it a few years ago. I now have also an ipad I got a few weeks ago. Is it possible for me to use the phone as a wifii modem? I know this is off topic for this group, but I'm having trouble signing up for their 3g data plan on the ipad so trying to find more options until I get uverse at home. I also have an at&t wireless modem that hooks up to the computer via usb, but of course, the ipad doesn't have the propper usb jack for that. If I could figure out how to use either the nokia e71x or the wireless modem to access the internet on my ipad, that would be great, but I'm thinking that it might be impossible.
