It's the firmware make sure what ever phone you get don't let them put the latest firmware on it. I can use the email client, browser internet radio symbols list as the firmware is from last year. Ask the guy to go to device manager and have him or her read out the firmware and release date. If it is from this year then it's no good.

Subject: [Talks] downgrading from a nokia e7

hello list.
over the last few days i have been having problems with my e7, and to cut a long story short, i am returning it to the shop for either repair or replacement.
to be honest i am actually hoping for a replacement for various reasons.
now, if i do manage to get a replacement phone i was hoping to pick the people on this list brains as to which newish phone is the best and most accessible with talks? it will not matter if the phone is touch screen or regular buttons as long as all features are accessible. so, what are people's opinions with the phones that are out there just now?
kind regards.
