Go in to installs or applications and arrow to Eloquence. Once on it press Options and arrow to About and Select. Absolutely no hiss on my C5, but I didn't even try updating the eloquence. Have tried to find out what version of Eloquence I'm running, but have trawled around settings and applications without any joy...
