Hi, I'm asking this question on behalf of a friend. I have a friend who has a nokia E71 RVI with talks installed. The problem is that talks does not stay active all the time. Someone has to go in to the settings and turn it on for her. If she leaves the phone on she has talks speaking but if the phone is turned off and then turned back on again talks does not start speaking and won't unless someone goes back in and turns it on manually. She has sent the phone in to have it looked in to and was sent back only to discover still the same problem occurs. What would be causing this and what should be done to be sure that talks can stay on no matter if phone is turned on or off since my friend is totally blind and cannot see to turn talks on manually?
