Yes, there is.  It's not the one by SmartPhoneWare or those fancy type for 
sighted to use with all sorts of graphics which we could only access menus 
but not the text.

This is by Symbian and more for the blind users but the weird thing is that 
no matter what colour I change to on my N79 through this program, for the 
sighted, they are not able to read the text.
