Are you asking while the phone is ringing? You want the information spoken? And the phone to continue to ring? If so, you go into your active profile and turn on the say name option. Two things to note here. 1. This is a phone function and not a screen reader function. 2. The phone number must be in the contacts only one time.
If you have a phone with physical keys, you can try pressing soft key2 while the phone is ringing to then have Talks speak out the name of the incoming call. Now if you are on a call already and another call comes in! Neither Talks or the phone will speak who is calling. To find out who it is, do a Talks up arrow. Then this will tell you who is ringing in on the other line. Yes I know if you have talks set not to mute when on a call that sometimes it will then automatically tell you who is calling on the other line! But this doesn't always work. You must be on some other screen like the main menu and off the telephone program to have any chance of this working. So i normally do not suggest using this way.
