the keys on the screen are as follows:

note: i will start from the bottom of the screen.

bottom left: options, key1
bottom right: send msg, key2
above key1: open contacts, key3
center: mute microphone, key4
above key2: activate loud speaker, key5
above key3: answer call
above key5: reject call

do you mean the speed dial as we discuss yesterday? first of all, do you
encounter difficulty while inside the speed dial app?
because, talks does not recognize those icon within the speed dial app. if you
want, i can give you a dict file which you can let
talks recognize those icons and you will be much easyer to use the app.

Hi Alan.
 Songs. Everything else plays.
Also in the "Songs" category are some ringtones I transferred over from my
PC and they also won't play.

All are in MP3 format.

The phone just gives a little beep each time I cursor down.

   Hi All.
I was assigning music to various ringtones last night and have encountered
a problem.

If I want to hear the ringtones on my phone I just mute talks and then
cursor through them so they play.

However, when I go to Music rather than Tones in the General Profile,
Regardless of muting talks, the various music tracks won't play but the
phone just makes a small beep.
When I un- mute talks the tracks are named as I cursor down and they will
play once assigned.

I can get the songs to play when in Music player.

Any ideas on this.

Thanks.
Maurice Press.
