Try going into the contact and play the voice tag to see how the phone says it and then try saying it the same way as the phone says it. There is no way to say the name followed by the field you want called.

Some people the voice dial/voice commands work well for and other like me it is useless. But again, I'm a person if I have to say the item more then once! I could have done it faster by hand. Just remember to wait until you hear the asending tone and then give it about another half of a second and then speak the name/command and hen release the button.

Subject: [Talks] Getting Voice Commands to Work Properly

Hi, Folks! Thanks, Steve for your tip on voice commands for the N86. I got it working, but how do I get it to dial my home phone. When I say, "Call Matthew Chao," it says, "no match found." I have two numbers for my name, my iPhone number and my home number. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance.--Matthew Chao
