no way, talks 5.20 is not capable to speak while in a phone call regardless to
which TTS use in S^3 phones.

Try switching to the Nokia tts when in the telephone program. This may work
while on a call. If this works, then you can setup a
application specific setting to do this automaticaly when you are in the
telephone program.

Produced on a Nokia N95 smart phone using a Symbian based screen reader.

Maurice,
it's me again, the most annoying person on the list. hope i can answer to your
question this time.

unfortunately this is the limitation for the current release of talks "5.2".
you are not able to have talks speaks while you are on
a call. but however, you still can bring out the virtual numbering keypad while
you in a call by tapping your finger at the key2
area. when the virtual keypad is open, you can try to guess the numbering
location and tap your finger at that location. this is
what i am doing and i hope you can understand to my explaination.

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone could give me a tip here.

When I phone either my bank or building society, I'm asked to input
numbers and/or letters in order to pass security or go to a specific
option.

This is fine using a keypad but, how do I do this on a touch screen phone
say like the N8 or E7.
For security I don't want to have the phone on loud speaker.
So, is there a way of having the touch keyboard working with Talks whilst
on a call of this nature and if so, where do you touch the screen please.

Thanks.

Maurice Press.
