check with the person who created the zip file it sounds like they used that
damn 7zip program that creates non standard zip files which would be the
reason you can't extract it. If it is a 7zip creation and you truly want
the contents you will need to install 7zip on your pc extract the file then
remove 7zip other wise if you don't remove it your zip files will be non
standard.
