The current version of Talks is 5.20.3. So you may need to install that. Then chapter 5 of the Talks manual covers using Talks on the web. You can also go into the web and then turn on the Talks training mode. Then you can press the number keys to see what they say. The Talks training mode command is Talks followed by 0. Re issuing the command again will take you out of training mode.
