I updated it fine on the computer last year or so but now it won't work for
me.
I guess that is an option.

A friend of mine posted my question the other day about my not being able
to update talks. I plugged in my phone, selected PC suite on the phone,
presssed enter on the talks update file and nothing happened.
Someone suggested I run the PC suite cleaner but even with a jaws 11 demo
version there doesn't appear to be any buttons and once the cleaner gets
to the place where it says it's ready to start and to click the start
button even with a left click on the keyboard nothing happens.
Does anyone have any suggestions since there are no buttons which jaws
will read?
