Hi Stephen,
in answer to your question, yes i did install the versions of Eloquence which
came with 5.2.3. I haven't yet switched to the uk version of Eloquence but i
could give that a try. My firmware version is 21.006. I'm not able to update
the firmware as O2 in the UK are not releasing any more.
Thanks,
Carla.

One other thing.

Did both of you install the Eloquence that came with the 5.20.3 release of
Talks? Yes I know the version number didn't change between the 5.01.x
release of Talks but the date on the file is different that is why I asked
if you installed the Eloquence-ENU* version that came with 5.20.3 of Talks.

Also what firmware do you have on your N86 and C5 that are having issues?
This is done from the standby screen and doing a *#0000#.

Hardware eventually fails, software eventually works.
No amount of bandwidth can fix poor design.
