Hi Stephen, in answer to your question, yes i did install the versions of Eloquence which came with 5.2.3. I haven't yet switched to the uk version of Eloquence but i could give that a try. My firmware version is 21.006. I'm not able to update the firmware as O2 in the UK are not releasing any more. Thanks, Carla.
