I have reflected on your e-mail to me below and to the list. In relation to
the N96 firmware, this was very much linked with functionality in terms of
Talks. Let me give you an example. When d2go was first released, for those
of us with N96 and firmware version 1, we were unable to use d2go. Our
friends in the US however, who had version 2 and above were in fact able to
use d2go. the release notes of Talks even discussed this matter of N96
firmware version and d2go. I therefore would have thought my question on
firmware was relevant to Talks on this list.

going, you've replied to a message, which overall confuses the issue.
if you wish to know what the latest FW for a phone is you can Google this
and do a little research that way. if anyone out there does know the
answer to this, please feel free to directly reply to Elinor.
