Hi all, i need some information about the campaigns and applications offered to the blind people by the network operators in europe or US. i mean, how do they give a device installed a screen reader on it, what are the conditions, prices and all other informations about them. We will start a project with vodafone here, thus i amm making a research before preparing the project. I have looked at vodafone's website but could not find any information about phones being given talks installed on them.
