Well you could always put a copy of the other screen reader on the phone and have it running while you un install Talks and then install it. You could also try a soft reset on the phone. Star pound 7780 pound from the standby screen. Out side of that! If there isn't any thing you want to do then you will keep running with the current version. Lastly is a full phone format memory card and phone. Then you know you will be starting with a clean phone.
