There are 2 Eloquence, one is UK and the other is US English. On my e72 the
UK English causes a lot of crackle but if I use the US Eloquence 6.123 it is
fine. My preference would be the UK English but then I do not want the
crackle.

hi, I know that when I briefly tried out the nokia e5, I didn't like the
sound of the newer eloquence, but when I installed the older version, my
phone would crash repeatedly. I didn't think that this problem would be
true for the nokia e72, but it looks like it is. With eloquence 6.0.117, I
can't make an incoming call, even when speech on a call is muted. I then
installed version 6.0.123, and it sounds horrible. For people who are
using the e72, what version of eloquence are you using?
