Hi!
I use pc suite to backup my phone.
Though its tricky with screenreaders.
I use nvda because its the best screenreader to use with pc suite.
When you're on the pc suite icon on the systray right click it and
select backup from there.
Now there will appeare some dialogboxes where you only have to follow
the instructions to make it work properly.

if i'm not wrong, PC suite is now call OVI suite. you can click the following

not sure the accessibility of the OVI suite, i dont use it.
