Simon, With Nokia phones running Talks, significant memory is achieved by inputting a large memory card and not per say by internal memory. in general a 32Gb memory card is quite easily and cheaply obtainable for these phones, and I'm sure that the newer ones can even take the 64Gb cards.
now looking at feature packed phones which support Talks: N8, C7 or E7, I don't have the specs here off hand, but if you go to the Nokia site, these are only three phones, and shouldn't take that long to review. they are all Nokia's latest offerings and all run Talks.
