if you are talking about the ovi map, thats the only 20 nearest items you
are going to get.
till you move further or got some specific search, its going to show you
this and only 20 items.
like example, if yo uwant a restaurants around your area or where you are
now, its going to give you a list which will be the nearest you are standing
or what is has your position.
its not going to move further than that.
